We would like to invite you to a workshop on sourdough baking and the skillful creation of a sourdough starter.
During the workshop, you will learn about the amazing organisms that are the bacteria responsible for the formation of sourdough bread. You will learn about their habits, what they don’t like, and how to please them.
The workshops will be held in two blocks with a 4-hour break for the dough to rise.
In the first part of the workshop: making your own sourdough starter, kneading your own sourdough bread and feeding your own sourdough starter.
In the second part: baking previously kneaded bread and visiting the Devil’s Mill.
