REGULATIONS FOR THE „DEVIL’S MILL” FACILITIES
located in Świeradów-Zdrój, at ul. Lwowecka 5,
hereinafter referred to as the object.
General provisions
§ 1
Users of the facility are obliged to read these regulations and respect all its provisions, and using the facility is tantamount to agreeing to all its provisions.
The facility is a public place owned by the Municipality of Świeradów-Zdrój. The Góry Przewodnik company leases the facility for the duration of the tender procedure, i.e. until March 31, 2022 or longer, depending on the duration of the formalities related to the tender.
Visiting and using the facility is payable.
The cost of the ticket is given on the website of the operator, podziemna-wieza.pl in the price list tab, sub-tab Czarci Młyn.
§ 2
The facility can only be visited with a guide.
Organized groups (minimum 10 people) receive a group discount and are obliged to arrange the date of the tour by phone in advance.
The facility is open 7 days a week from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., the last entry is at 5 p.m. The opening hours of the facility may change.
On days off from school, entries to the tour are every 30 minutes.
The visiting time is approximately 40 minutes.
The operator reserves the right to cancel or change the date of the booked visit and temporarily exclude a part of the exhibition from visiting or completely disable the facility, information about which will be made public.

§ 3
Organized groups are obliged to visit the exhibition with a guide around the facility or with an external guide approved by the operator.
Groups without reservations are served as far as possible so as not to interfere with individual tourists.
Organized groups booking a tour in the event of resignation from the tour are obliged to notify the facility operator of this fact by phone.
You can freely take photos on the facility’s premises.
Persons staying on the premises of the facility are obliged to comply with the instructions issued by the guide around the facility, in particular if they relate to the safety of people and protection of property.
The responsibility for minors staying on the premises of the facility is taken by their legal guardians.
Children under the age of 16 are not allowed to remain on the facility’s premises without adult supervision.
Eating and drinking is allowed only in designated areas.
People on the premises of the facility are forbidden:
– to conduct commercial activity without the landowner’s consent;
– to move the facility’s equipment without the consent of the landowner;
– to destruct the property;
– to destruct the green area around the facility;
– to destruct the recreational areas;
– to cause a public nuisance;
– to bring animals without a leash. In the event of contamination of the facility by an animal, the animal’s guardian is obliged to clean up after his pet.
– to smoke, to consume alcohol and to use intoxicants;
-to bring to the facility any weapons, munitions, items considered potentially dangerous; explosive, flammable and toxic materials.
It is possible to organize a meeting or a cultural event, after agreeing with the landowner all the details, including those related to costs.
Waste segregation is obligatory in the „Devil’s Mill” facility, because we care about the natural environment.
§ 4
It is forbidden to enter the facility to persons who are intoxicated or behave in a way that could threaten the safety of third parties, disturb the order of visiting, and violate generally accepted standards of behavior in public places.The facility reserves the right not to accept or ask away an organized group and individual tourists who do not comply with the tour order and violate the provisions of these Regulations.
People allergic to herbs, gluten and other substances use the facility at their own risk.
Users of the facility are liable for damage caused as a result of improper behavior and improper use of the facility’s infrastructure. Therefore, any comments regarding failures, damages and destruction should be immediately forwarded to the landowner of the facility.
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for damages caused by minors in the facility, on the property owned by the Municipality of Świeradów-Zdrój.
When visiting the facility, the decision-making person is the guide to the facility, whose comments should be followed.
Visitors participating in the tour, workshops and events taking place on the premises of the facility are obliged to comply with sanitary rules, OHS regulations, fire regulations and general principles of social co-existence.
Any behaviour that will violate the Regulations and disregard the landowner’s warnings will be reported to the appropriate security services, including the police.
People using the facility agree to the use of their image for promotional purposes, mainly on the town’s website and the facility’s social media profile, etc.
The facility is not responsible for money, keys, documents and valuables left on its premises.
Complaints and requests regarding the service of the facility are addressed to the person employing guides, cashiers and people conducting workshops on the premises of the facility i.e. the owner of the company that leases the facility, Mrs. Patrycja Werecka – tel. 691346933, and in the case of complaints about the tenant, they should be directed to the owner – the authorities of the Municipality of Świeradów-Zdrój.
